Selama ini orang-orang hanya berpikir mana ada vitamin yang buruk, nyatanya konsumsi vitamin terlalu banyak memiliki efek yang merusak kesehatan. Misalnya saja kalsium dan vitamin D. Dosis harian yang dianjurkan untuk kalsium adalah seribu miligram dengan batas maksimal 2.000 sampai 2.500 miligram. Kalsium sebenarnya banyak ditemukan dari susu, jeruk, brokoli atau tahu. Jadi kecil kemungkinannya orang kekurangan kalsium. Jika terlalu berlebih ada dampak negatif yang muncul seperti batu ginjal, sembelit, mudah marah dan cepat lelah. Sedangkan untuk vitamin D, asupan yang disarankan adalah 600 sampai 800 unit sehari, dengan maksimal 4.000 IU per hari. Jika berlebih dapat menyebabkan nyeri otot dan sendi, sembelit dan kemurungan. Ahli diet dan gizi dari Beth Israel Medical Center Megan Fendt menjelaskan bahwa tidak ada bahaya nyata bagi kesehatan jika overdosis vitamin. Tubuh memberikan kompensasi pada beberapa vitamin untuk larut dalam air dam menghilang melalui urin. "Tubuh dapat membersihkan diri dari setiap kelebihan jumlah vitamin dan ini sebenarnya perlindungan tubuh terhadap racun, tapi perlu diperhatikan kalau semakin banyak vitamin yang Anda ambil maka semakin sedikit tubuh Anda dapat menyerap," katanya. Fendt menyarankan agar suplemen vitamin hanya dikonsumsi rutin untuk wanita yang sedang hamil, berusaha untuk hamil, darah rendah dan orang-orang yang sudah dikonfirmasi kekurangan vitamin. Padahal, sebenarnya nasihat tersebut kurang tepat. Dehidrasi akibat asupan air yang kurang memang dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan. Akan tetapi menurut dr.Parlindungan Siregar, Sp.PD, KGH dari Divisi Ginjal Hipertensi FKUI/RSCM, pada orang sehat dan fungsi ginjalnya normal, dehidrasi tidak akan berpengaruh pada ginjal. "Jika dehidrasi ringan atau kekurangan cairan tiga persen, yang terpengaruh mungkin hanya fungsi kognitifnya saja, seperti jadi sulit berkonsentrasi. Tapi pada orang yang memang sudah mengalami gangguan ginjal, dehidrasi ringan akan menyebabkan gangguan ginjalnya menjadi berat," ungkap dokter dari Departemen Ilmu Penyakit Dalam FKUI RSCM ini. Sementara itu, pada kasus dehidrasi berat atau kekurangan cairan sampai 10 persen, efeknya pada tubuh meliputi tekanan darah menurun. "Pasien yang muntaber dan mengalami dehidrasi juga bisa mengalami gangguan ginjal akut jika tidak langsung ditangani," paparnya. Ia menambahkan, konsumsi cairan pada orang yang sehat tidak boleh kekurangan, tapi juga tidak boleh berlebihan. "Tergantung pada aktivitasnya, tapi rata-rata kita butuh dua liter air setiap hari," imbuhnya. Sementara itu pada orang yang sudah menderita gangguan ginjal, asupan airnya dibatasi. "Pada gangguan ginjal akut, volume cairan yang diperbolehkan adalah sebanyak volume urin sehari ditambah 500 mL, jadi sekitar seliter air sehari," katanya. PTC itu apa sih? PTC singkatan dari Paid to Click, secara singkat pula artinya Anda dibayar untuk nge-clik... Nge-clik apa? Iklan donk... Dibayar ga? Ya iya lah.... singkatanya juga PTC .... Paid to Click.... Paid = Dibayar... Butuh modal ga? Butuh... Komputer, Internet & Waktu dikit.... Lha, ga butuh invest duit? Nah itu entar.... kalau mau serius... kalau iseng, gratis dulu aja... Trus, cara kerjanya gimana? Gini, 1. Daftar dulu di website PTC, list PTC yang saya coba ada di samping kiri, itu semua hasil survey kemungkinan besar bukan SCAM. 2. Kalo sudah, login ke websitenya... 3. Nah, coba ke bagian View Adds (Biasanya), trus disitu ada daftar iklan. Tugas Anda adalah untuk klik iklannya, tunggu 30 detik trus dapet duit deh. Biasanya sih tiap hari ada 8-20 iklan baru, tergantung websitenya. Lha, kan saya sambil kerja? Gini loh, iklannya itu gak perlu kita pelototin terus, sementara counternya nyala, kita balik lagi ke kerjaan kita. Kalo kira2 waktunya sudah 30 detik, balik lagi ke iklan, trus liat udah di OK belum? Kalau oke, matiin windownya trus buka iklan yang lain... balik lagi kerja... matiin lagi... klik iklan lain lagi... balik lagi kerja... gak kerasa koq, lama-lama jadi kebiasaan... Emang dibayarnya berapa? Tergantung dari websitenya, rata-tara sekarang pada ngasi 0.01 US Dollar, berarti sekitar 100 rupiah per iklan. Nah, emang kita sebenernya dibayar oleh siapa?
